I know you probably don’t, but are there still people that think that McCain still has a chance at becoming president? I sure hope not....

Yes there are people who think that there is a chance McCain could be President. Since the Electoral College has not yet voted, nor all pending challenges disposed, that chance is certainly more than infinitesimal.

McCain would not become president.

If the winner of the election is not qualified to be president,the election would be nullified, and we would have a whole new election.

The Acting president would be Nancy Pelosi,until the next election is held, which would likely be next November.

Now wouldn;t THAT be intersting?

If the election were not declared a nullity, then McCain would win by default, but I can hardly see that happening, if the court hears these issues. We would likely have a new election.
