Technically, even if he was born in a Kenyan hospital, it doesn’t close the matter. Title 8 which defines what a natural born citizen is has a lot of stipulations. One discussed earlier today was if Bambi’s mom was not married or if the marriage was illegal. Title 8 gives an exception for ‘single parentage’ where the child is automatically given citizenship of the mother, no matter if that child is born in another country (there are residency restrictions on the mom.) Another exception is unknown parentage and is based on where the child is ‘discovered’ and how long he lives here. Even if he where born in Kenya and his mom and Sr. where legally married, he still may be considered a natural born citizen under Title 8 if the mother meets residency requirements (of which she was on the cusp of.)

This will be a crazy mess if it is show he was born in Kenya because that doesn’t end the issue..

Dual citizenship is the problem.

Given the fact that Barak Sr. was ALREADY married back in Kenya, by any state’s law, the marriage to Stanley Dunham was invalid anyway, as it was bigamy.

Legally speaking, she was a single mother....and practically too, as they divorced after less than 2 years—with Barak Sr. after that having little or nothing to do with Barak, Jr.

Read the original intent of the founding fathers on the definition of “natural born”. Donforio’s lawsuit goes thru this process of explaining it. Founding fathers wanted the definition to be very tight that any hint of foreign citizen via one of the parents or location of birth will disqualify the individual. It is defined as at the time of birth, BOTH parents must be US citizen and the child must be born on US SOIL. Some will argue that the definition needs to be loosen up to reflect conditions of the 21st Century. They can change it by admending the Constitution. That is the definition we must use today or our Constitution ceases to exist, meaning I can round up black men and force them to work on my farm as slaves. Ignore one admendment and some people can ignore others. Not a pretty picture.

That does create to crisis as the birth marginalizes his claims to a very illegitmate claim and does so loudly.

Not quite the same as saying “I am releasing my BC to Factcheck and linking to it as a legitimate document”.

So... were you lying when you said you born in Hawaii and now you show evidence to the contrary. Doesn’t matter as there are other technicalities /sarc.

The truth is you are liar, an invented persona with a bogus background and have comitted many frauds including a felonious acceptance of college loans intended for a foreign national, which you either are, or are not.

So what, you gonna toss this in with his Title 9 entitlement to obtain the position of President of The United States and call it a fair advancement of an under represented group, based on race, and “That”, should be a just result of affirmative action.

And, let’s not start with with the race baiting. Couldn’t care less if he is black or a legitmate candidate such as Hillary(of course I was not enamored with her to say the least, but she would be legitament and well vetted)
