One little point before I retire ... the Governor did not place Obama’s documents under seal. They have in fact stated that his are being handled just like all other such private documents. I can find the Hawaiian Health Department release if you need it.

the Governor did not place Obama’s documents under seal.If that is so , I stand corrected, however it doesn't alter the situation one bit. Only 0bama can release them unless the court compels him to.
