Trivial information bump...

Obviously, I've been in the wrong lines of work all my life- here is a swing-arm lamp I made for Miss Emily's sewing room:

Cost? About $15...

Meanwhile, this guy is charging $517 for what is essentially a plate, a J-shaped piece of tubing, and a light socket:

Thanks, backhoe. That’s neat. I could use one of those over my desk. Only thing I would change would be adding a Kitty instead of The Yellow Frog.

Speaking of yellow, this morning an article stated yellow is the important color next year.
