Our Constitution will be on the line tomorrow with a decision to be made concerning Attorney Donofrio’s case. We must trust that the honorable Supreme Court Justices will make sure our Constitution is upheld!

I wish I had as much faith in our judicial system as you do. Actually, it's not the system I don't trust - but the biased individuals in office.

I agree there are biased individuals in the Courts of our land who do try to make decisions based on their personal views instead of following the rule of law.

I have to trust that our Supreme Court Justices will do what is right and uphold our Constitution no matter what their personal views might be.

The question before them today in Conference is to decide if they will hear Leo Donofrio’s case concerning the claim that Obama and McCain did not and do not meet the Constitutional requirements to hold the Office of President. I believe there will be at least four Justices who will move this case forward.

Our Constitution is on the line, and I do believe the honorable Justices will uphold the Constitution.
