When they examine his BC, if they find it is not valid, Thomas will be screwed for the rest of his life. He will be seen as a traitor to his race. I would fear for his life as there are some who would wish him harm for enforcing our constitution.
Thank God for true patriots.

Maybe for a time, but as the full catalog of sordid facts emerge about Barry Obama, the animosity toward Justice Thomas will recede. In time, folks will understand that he performed a valiant, and honorable service for his country.
In our history, Obama will find company among our traitors and enemies, while Clarence Thomas will take his rightful place among our most cherished guardians and heroes.

You may be right. But look at the flip side ... Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has the unique opportunity, a once in a lifetime chance, to proudly and publicly place the good of the nation and the will of the nation's Found Fathers before his race. That's incredible. It is a stark contrast to those still hiding behind their race with claims of discrimination and demands for reparations. The minority communities still speak in terms of achieving equality. Thomas isn't "achieving" equality; he is equal. And he's fulfilling the rights and responsibilities inherent citizenship as an equal would. He's a role model for all races. A difficult road it may be, but I'd happily take his place for that honor.
And, as you say, "thank God for true patriots". May Thomas be richly blessed for his courage and commitment to this nation. Amen.

99% of Obama’s racist, aka black voters, believe that Clarence Thomas is a traitor to blacks since he is a conservative Republican. He can never be “Black” enough to satisfy them. Yet, these same idiots voted for an Oreo, whose ancestors were not black slaves in America.

I was thinking exactly along these lines. Is there any capacity for a "volunteer body guard" auxiliary force for government officials? I would gladly take up defending Justice Thomas. He seems as out of place as Ron Paul: A true patriot in a position of government power.

The Donofrio case does not rely on a birth certificate. It doesn't care if the birth certificate is 100% gilded in gold. Donofrio's case is about
natural born citizen. It is saying that because his father is Kenyan (and under British rule), then 0bama cannot be a natural born American citizen. He is saying BOTH parents must be American citizens and their child born on American soil to be a natural born citizen.
The Natural Born Citizen question is the one Donofrio is asking the Supreme Court to visit. He is not concerned if 0bama is a citizen or not.

Uh, in what world is that not already the case?

Books have already been written about blacks' repudiation of Clarence Thomas (see Sellout: The Politics of Racial Betrayal by Harvard professor Randall Kennedy, for one). He has nothing to lose among blacks.
