I normally stick up for WM and against lawsuits but I can see where WM created the situation, even though that is hindsight and it hasnt happened before this. I think that means WM will settle.

I think that Wal-Mart could have handled this better by getting the crowd in line outside the store, but that is hindsite speaking.

What disturbed me the most when I first read about this was finding out that they opened the store back up after only a few hours. It just seems beyond the bounds of decency to me that Wal-Mart didn’t at least close the store for 24 hours after an employee died in the store.
