There are kernels of Christianity in Mormonism. Often, people join the Mormon church and become Christian, then when they dig deep into the teaching and its actual ramifications, they leave. I have a few “ex-mormon” Christian friends that fit this.

Still others never really get a glimps of the discrepencies between Christianity and Mormonism. It is only when they accept, with eyes wide open, some of the more damning Mormon teachings about Jesus and who he is do they expose themself as “not Christian”.

Heck, there are Christians in Jehovas Witnesses. I suspect there may have even been very deluded Christians in Jim Jones suicide group.

That is why my condemnation falls on specific teachings, not people. Besides, I am clearly taught not to judge people. Ideas, though, I have a RESPONSIBILITY to judge!

Of course there are!

It would not STAND without them!

(It's just that you have to get INSIDE the Organization® before you find out WHICH of the Christian teachings they do NOT believe in.)

Well; not really - you can see right in their AoF that WORKS are REQUIRED for Salvation.
