What’s funny about this COLB is where it states the father’s race is African. Whoever forged this is either pretty dumb or is way too nostalgic for the motherland. Or, his father, from Africa, knowing limited English, filling out paper work at the hospital, didn't understand the proper American racial classification terms and just filled out what he thought was appropriate.

Don't flame me - cuz I know the thing is a fraud, plain and simple, but the African classification might be explainable. What was posted for all to see is the fake "CertifiCATION of Live Birth", no the long form, or "CertifiCATE. The long form is the original document with far more details, such as hospital, doctor, weight, etc. If Hawaii is like my state, and I am supposing here, I know, the long form never leaves the facility and is only reproduced in it's original format from microfiche. The short one, albeit this one fake, is generated for $10 and should serve most people for getting jobs, SSN's etc...but it is print on demand from a database where I am sure politically correct (blah) verbiage is used...in this case, the father's race.
