(For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.

The law reads.....
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock:

I believe ("suspect," might be a better word) the "defense" is going to be that the BHO, Jr. was born Out of wedlock, therefore might not a reasonable argument be made that the bastard in question assumes his mother's citizenship, the father making no claim, so all of those rules applicable to the legitimately married being moot?

Of course, Kenya's just part "A." What about Indonesian Citizenship as the result of the Soetoro adoption? The issuance of an Indonesian Passport? His use of the "Soetoro" moniker? Failure to naturalize at the statutory age? This is one big scary mess that will have profoundly serious economic consequences,

The MSM hasn't even admitted this is a story!
