I doubt that will be the case. If the law is as stated for a married couple, an out of wedlock birth would have less weight. Especially if he was born in Kenya. And he did admit on Fight the Smears that he had Kenyan citizenship at birth but claims that it expired. I don’t think the Constitution allows someone with dual citizenship, even if it expired.
