If they divulged information on an actual PATIENT, they could get in trouble. But if they say that they can't find anything on 0bama (since he wasn't born there) he was never a patient and is not protected under the doctor/patient privilege.
But calling a hospital to see if someone was or was not a patient 47 years ago is not likely to produce a response .. any records would be long since archived. How do you prove a negative?
The real puzzle here is why Obama doesn’t just release his birth certificate or COLB.
I have the suspicion that many family secrets were kept from young Barry. I suspect Stanley Ann Dunham was not married to Barack Heussein Obama, Sr. In the early 60’s having a child out of wedlock was a scandal, even for the ultralibs the Dunhams appear to have been .. but how could they be legally married if he had a wife back in Kenya? But the real question isn’t the legitimacy but place of birth.
I’d like to believe the Justices of the Supreme Court - all 9 - were capable of puttting aside their personal political beliefs and concerns about possible chaos, and take on the issue of whether Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States by demanding that he produce an authentic birth certificate. Traditionally, the result of their Friday conference vote would be made public next Monday, but this case is rather special so they make an immediate announcement.
But if they say that they can't find anything on 0bama (since he wasn't born there) he was never a patient and is not protected under the doctor/patient privilege.
Thank you! That's the answer I've been looking for on this whole thread.
I was all set to call this hospital verification thing another dead end, but if this is as you say (and it does make sense), then there is more reason to believe that there's something to the original post.
