Congrats to Senator Chambliss and boo to Martin. What a creep showing up with that nasty Ludacris who demeans women in his music!

Good that Saxby won. No doubt Mitt Romney will claim credit for this win.

Saxby better be calling p and thanking Sarah now. And if he learned anything from this, it’s tack conservative. Not that I believe he’ll have learned a damn thing. But since I don’t believe they’ll hold 41 Reps together to block the libs doesn’t matter I guess. I wanted the win for one reason only. Up Sarah’s cache in the party.

“Sounds like Palin grabbed Chambliss by the throat and said, you don’t act like a republican, it’ll be rino hunt time come next primary season.”

LOL!! You know, she has the guts to do just that!

Maybe we’ll see a new and improved “Sarah Palin-ized” Saxby from here on out!

Harry Reid, shove it up your backside, you aint getting no filibuster, bucko.
He could always get the Rules Committee to eliminate the filibuster entirely. But there is a reason why that is called the nuclear option.

FNC just called it for Chambliss

Sarah called it: This is the first step in the long process of rebuilding the Republican brand. Viva, Sarah!

I hope you’re right, but I’m still not saying Saxby’s got it yet...too much of those three counties are still not counted (according to the Sec. of State site). It seemed like it was in the bag for him at this point in the count in November too.

You are welcome. Please pass the link around...also my letter to my Senators and please use it as a template and ask others to do the same.

We need to build a fire under these people...a fire to spur them to action for some, a fire to smoke the others out!

Another reason why we needed Saxby to win because I think this race showed Sarah that conservatism CAN come back. Reagan fiscal responsibility won tonight, GO GET EM SARAH!!

"Very small town... 80-odd miles south of Atlanta."

VERY odd miles...

And the county seat is "All-BENNY," lol!

And just 70 miles or so east-southeast of my home town.

Fulton County is over 50% counted and they are separated by about 2,000 votes. They have the most precincts and it is running pretty close.

Up Sarah’s cache in the party.

Somehow that just seems dirty. Nevertheless, I agree.

Go Sarah - the current and future face of the Republican Party ...if we are smart!

We said to tell him, to use the opportunity to become a true leader, of TRUE conservatism.

Great that you were able to see Sarah yesterday. She is the reason voted for McCain's ticket. Regarding your message for Saxby, that is exactly what he needs to hear. We definitely can rejoice that Martin is not taking the seat, but we need to hold Saxby accountable.
