The polls close in ten minutes. Hopefully Georgia has held the line today. Poll traffic was reported as steady here Northeast Atlanta today...
Cobb coming in big, 95000, to 50,000, 65 to 35, good sign.
Doesn’t matter Chambliss will win handily. Obama couldn’t turn out enough assorted dems, marxists and ignoramuses to beat McCain, this guy sure the hell isn’t gonna beat Chambliss.
I think we should keep in mind that this is kind of like kissing your sister.Martin is a lefty nut case but Chambliss is a hard case RINO.He could easily vote with the ‘Rats on filibuster cloture.
Do you think the media will give Palin credit if Chambliss wins by a landslide?
Exactly.
Hard case rino or not, he’s got a severe kick in the ass on Nov 4th, he’s likely to smarten up sharp.
Hahahahahaha
NO
it may not matter - but dekalb, fulton, muscogee, and chatham will break as hard for 0 as gwinnett and cobb will break for chambliss...
we need this lead and more to offset dekabl, fulton, et al.
but i agree that chambliss takes it home. but it will be closer than th 65/35 we see so far... jmho
I was in the Boston area during the big power blackout of 1964. I left work and the only radio station I was getting was way up in Canada. That was weird — I began to wonder if the Russkies hadn’t attacked.
Update IX:23% reporting
Chambliss 65%
Martin 35%

I noted that not a vote has been reported for the two Atlanta counties, DeKalb and Fulton. What is going on, a Mayor Daley (God rest his crooked soul) where in Chicago they wait to see how many votes are needed and then add enought to provide that the Dem wins a “squeaker”?
Nothing yet on the SOS site from either Cobb or Fulton. Where are you getting your numbers from??
“If only the Dogs had brought her in against Alabama”
Amen...
I wonder how long before Richt switches to politics? He better do it soon or find a DC that can teach the option rules.
Are you in Pike?
ONE QUARTER OF VOTES COUNTED AND CHAMBLISS WINNING BIG!
Chambliss (R) - 65.4% (303,222)
Martin (D) - 34.6% (160,673)
No, that's not right. RINO he may be a bit of, but no effin' way he helps them over the line. No way. You from around here?
25% reporting still 65%C 35% M
