I’ve been watching the “birth certificate controversy” since the beginning. In fact, I was one of the first to raise objections based on the phony Certificate of Live Birth that was put up months ago.
At this point in time, I don’t foresee the courts stepping in to halt the Electoral College proceedings or the pending inauguration, regardless of how logical or persuasive some of the arguments for doing so may seem.
Obama will be sworn in as president. He will be president.
HOWEVER.... I don’t think the issue of the birth certificate is going away, either. If that original UNmodified document still exists, sooner or later the truth as to exactly what’s upon it is going to come out. Of course, this assumes that in the interval, Obama will not use the power of his office to replace the true original birth certificate with a hoked-up one. Or that the existing sealed document already hasn’t been replaced in that manner.
Perhaps someone (or even a few people) outside the Obama circle already knows what’s on it. They won’t keep quiet forever.
I sense that somewhere, somebody knows the truth.
And truth has a way of finding the light of day.

The democrats have already prepared for his removal if it comes to that. They might be playing out the clock until he is sworn in. Hillary is going to be Sec. of State. I have a feeling that everyone else in the line of succession would turn it (the Presidency) down leaving Hillary as President.
Their proof mat rely on sworn affidavits or something like that from each state certifying the results of the election.
Obama is living for the first minutes of his presidency, when he can fire the federal prosecutors that are preparing cases that would incarcerate him for much of what remains of his life. Its his only hope, and he cannot be expected to ‘come clean,’ any more than did Bill Clinton.
We’ll never know for sure. I believe votes in conference are secret.
Yes, I've read the 20th Amendment many times.
If after he's sworn in, then the Vice President moves up, same as if the President dies.
If the Supreme Court declared him ineligible, after 15 December, but before he's sworn in, there is no historical precedent to go by. Possibly, there too the Electors would be freed, and they would vote again.

I have recently retired from a “second career” and have had time to read ALL, AND I MEAN ALL of the blogs involving this potential Constituional Crisis including Dr. Polarik’s outstanding investigative CONCLUSION of the forged Obama “Certification of Live Birth.”
I have forwarded many of the articles/links to fellow church members and my conservative friends at my former job to help get them informed of the situation.
I am deeply troubled about this potential Constitutional Crisis and the possible usurpation of the highest office in the land by this “poseur,” as one author called Obama.
Honestly, I go to sleep at night thinking about this situation only to rise in the morning doing the same.
We need to keep up the pressure on Congress and SCOTUS to have this situation resolved.

Maybe it will be a democrat but the people deserve a fair election. If McCain lost to someone perpetrating great fraud, then we have unexplored waters IMO.
But if there does happen to be a new election then I hope the Republican Party gets to name a new ticket also. LOL.
Except the whole ticket is fraudulent so he gets disqualified because of his running mate.
Obama isn't even President elect - yet. Not until after the Electoral College votes.
I read something interesting this morning- it seems some want to change the Constitutional requirement for “natural born”...it’s stupid and just not fair you know!! This is from I think 2006- but interesting.

Just because one party’s candidate is invalidated doesn’t invalidate the whole election. The president would be chosen from the remaining candidates.

The only thing I would add is that Obama wasn’t officially on any ballot ,, just “electors for Obama” ,,, this would invalidate the elected electors and leave just the ones elected for other candidates to vote in January... The next president needs a majority of THOSE votes only ..
Assuming he’s not eligible, the primary question will be the effect on the outcomes of the elections in the several states.
Yes: I think the Marine barracks in DC would assist Mr. Obama’s departure from the White House.
I know this is a most likely a silly question, but couldn’t he just make a birth certificate. The hospital would not be forced to open their records to verify.
That’s actually a flattering picture of Barack (or Barry, or, whatever the legal name turns out to be) ... he is obviously having his funny bone tickled, showing he is in fact a member of the human species, probably.
Then a few hundred armed patriots should walk into the Hawaii dept of Health and TAKE Husseins records for publication. Problem solved. Where the hell is the spirit which formed this nation?? Allowing this thug to laugh at the constitution is ludicrous. And only the American people are to blame for permitting ourselves to be subjugated by such criminals.
I have searched for this for month’s... I got the first tip off on FR 6 months ago...unfortunately nothing exists except.....
