You are missing the point by such a wide margin that it is hard to know where to begin. Suppose you overturn the election based on a technicality.
There are thousands of very intelligent black, orange, green, brown, beige men/women who can speak very goodly :-) and went to Harvard or Yale who can take Barack Jefferson Obama's place. They were born in Newark NJ per se (which really is not part of America).
Can they be POTUS?
We have to win the battle for hearts and minds and convince people that conservatism is good for them. Not win on a technicality.

overturn the election based on a technicality. Since when are the clear provisions of the Constitution "technicalities"?

Article 2 of the US Constitution (Qualifications of the president) is a .... “technicality”?
I suppose the 2nd Amendment, also ....
“`rainbow’ people ... hearts and minds”
How compassionate of you, Eric. Now, run along sonny—grownup non-hyphenated conservatives are trying to work things out here.

IMO, I don’t think anyone is trying to win.No one seems to be sure who would take the W.H.The point is, if the Constitutional requirements are not met, then B.O. cannot be President.Period.We may get someone worse but the rule of law will be upheld.

The Constitution is a TECHNICALITY????

We have to win the battle for hearts and minds and convince people that conservatism is good for them. Not win on a technicality. We absolutely must win the hearts and minds of Americans, as you say, but we must also fight to compel our government to respect and adhere to our Constitution, which is what the whole issue of the birth certificate is about.
This issue is not over a mere "technicality". Please. That is Democrat-speak for choosing to adhere to our Founding Principles and Documents.

We have to win the battle for hearts and minds and convince people that conservatism is good for them. Not win on a technicality. So the Constitution is just a technicality??? It appears that the battle for the hearts and minds to bring people back to conservatism will have to begin first with you --

Dear, I think it’s past your bedtime. Grab your teddy a copy of the constitution and remember to turn out the light when you are finished reading. Let the grownups handle this.

A technicality?
I've read a lot of absurd posts on FreeRepublic.com over the years, but you, sir, have made all those others seem reasoned by comparison.
I'm not even going to try to explain why your "technicality" comment is ridiculous. I am convinced you are incapable of understanding.
