Brian Williams has already donned his kneepads for the One, posting an ‘oped’ at the MSNBC site which lies repeatedly, repeating the Axelrod spin cycle.

Brian Williams is a real piece of crap. He used to go on and on about how he loved NASCAR and he was real heartland. Trying to suck up to more conservative type folks to help his ratings.
They are all just propaganda dummies shilling for the left wing facists.

What case were the serving them papers for?

“The Justices can follow the Law and risk calumny and civil disorder, or ignore the plain Common Law reading of the Constitution and risk usurpation and civil disorder.
I don't think SCOTUS fear civil disorder. They know that police powers can handle rioters. There were lots of riot police out handling demonstrators during the conventions. Remember Fox news featured the new “sting weapons” that the govt. planned on using against rioters. No they don't fear civil disorder. They fear for themselves. SCOTUS will probably fear the poison of going against their NWO buddies.

Are you serious?... Explosion in the press? You actually think the fifth column enemy of We The People is going to set off a bomb which could take out their Marxist messiah? Get real! Yeah, I was serious, but perhaps I should have fully described what I think is going to happen. I don't think for a moment that the MSM will intentionally do anything to injure their Lord and Master.
However, they can't keep a lid on this issue indefinitely. When the MSM is forced to start reporting on this issue, it'll likely be something along the lines of their organized campaign against Sarah Palin. It'll BO's BC all the time, except it'll be spun to put BO in the best (or least amount of) light possible.

Stakes are high,as I have posted before. If biden gets the nod due to an unqualified Barky,he will muddle through one term and Sarah will be our new President in 2012.
If not,if barky gets in,it could be 8 long years.

That is my question. Hard to believe something like this could even happen and there is no apparent remedy or required proof.

The Irish had to amend their constitution to get rid of birthright citizenship, the last country in Europe to do so.
AH, well, if we're going to be populist about it, here's some stats to chew on:
- Since the first 10 Amendments were codified in 1791 into the Bill of Rights, the US has made 17 times additions or clarifications to the Constitution via Amendment. For some odd reason, modifying Art 2, Sect 1, Clause 5, to read "foreign born" or "dual citizen" has not been one of them...
- Amendments proposing to end the Constitutional requirement of "Natural Born Citizen" have been introduced in Congress subcommittee 26 times since the 1870s, only to have died in subcommittee -- EVERYTIME.
- In the most recent poll I can find on the subject, in 2004: a USA TODAY/CNN/Gallup Poll taken Nov. 19-21, 31% favored an amendment to change the "Natural Born Citizen" requirement -- 67% OPPOSED it. (BTW, opposition dropped slightly, to 58%, when superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger's name was included in the question).
Just because Europe is doing something, it doesn't mean we should follow suit. I won't even belabor THAT point ... ciào
