Or that he was killed by a Predator drone carrying hellfire missiles launched from a U.S. base in Afghanistan and guided by technicians in Nevada.

What’s surprising is that it was the Americans who got him...

I’d have no problem with the Brits tracking and killing him without asking our permission.

From a media prospective even when we do good things there is something wrong with the WAY we did them.

I know. If it wasn’t so sad and unAmerican it would almost be FUNNY... almost.

In the tangled web of terrorist alliances and allegiances, one thing becomes clear: for the United States, certain terrorists are wanted dead — not alive.

You gotta problem with that?

With the decline in British intelligence and government I would say it is best to keep them out of the loop on certain operations. Bush did the right thing. Kill them.

“It’s easier to get forgiveness than permission.”

And best to seek neither when going after terrorists.

Given their state of political affairs, they should be glad we saved them the expense of killing him.

That is a funny graphic. It should be rained down across HAMAS and Taliban controlled areas.

This was probably done by with a college degree that majored in video games.

Someone, somewhere is bragging how playing Nintendo landed them this really cool job. Getting paid to sit in a chair, play video games, kill real bad guys!

He wanted to blow up US-bound aircraft leaving the UK. He was on the UK’s most wanted list. He is known to have “’escaped’” from Pakistani prison during extradition negotiations. What is so shocking that the US knew about this slimeball and took him out? The article makes “information sharing between the UK-US” seem somewhat insidious, but seems to me this guy had a target on his back that everyone already knew about without any clandestine “information sharing”.
