We could (and would!) say "He's not my president!" with much more moral authority than the leftists ever had. I suspect that major portions of the military would refuse his orders too. The military would never mutiny. If we didn't mutiny during William the Impeached, we won't do it now.

Precisely my point.
This is a more conservative court.
And conservatives don’t fight back.

Furthermore, Obama owes a reply on the Berg case on 1 December, so there are two cases in the SC right now.

“But for those that do, its just a cop out for those who refuse to use their own powers of observation and think on their own and put two and two together to get four. Calling us tin foilers is the cowards way out.”
I agree completely.

Most libs are quite cowardly. Therin lies the dilema.

But Clinton was a legitimately elected President, for all his extreme flaws. If Obama is shown to not meet the Constitutional qualifications to hold office, then any officer who takes his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States seriously would have to refuse to honor the orders of a fraudulent commander in chief. It wouldn’t be mutiny. Mutiny is revolt against and, often, forcible resistance to constituted authority; in this circumstance Obama would not be such a constituted authority.
