Just the "ruling" by itself, I would tend to agree, but McCain produced his BC required to prove his eligibility. Zero was one of the co-sponsors of the bill to include the naturalized citizen clause for a reason it appears.
Makes sense.. you throw one in that was on the ticket in multiple states that is NO DOUBT ineligible..and you have a problem. The wikipedia site on that guy said he has been on the ticket before..as has someone else that would not have been eligible.
It’s like whoever wants to run can run..and then it is up to the electoral college to vote ..but who vets it at that point.
What amazes me is that we have gone more than 200 years without a problem. I am surprised it hasn’t come up before now.

I don’t know if all “clerks” are lawyers at the Supreme Court.. Bickell may not be. What I do believe is that even if he is a lawyer he would not be allowed to “DECIDE” and “DENY” an emergency stay on his own - which he apparently did.
Up to this point we have had honorable people run for office. Not shysters who are trying to snooker "We The People". It show his lack of respect for our country.....IMO A direct result of his upbringing.

There is no chance in hell the Supremes would invalidate McC. He was born IN THE USA. No question. What is so hard to understand about this?
Both parents were US Citizens and he was born in a US enclave hospital same as if he was born in an embassy. If he were born in Gitmo, same would apply!

Since you have not been on FR very long, you do not know about all the questions that remain unanswered concerning Obama. The burdon of proof as to where and when Obama was born still rests with Obama. Until he allows his original birth certificate to be made public the questions remain. And yes the one he posted from KOS is NOT his original birth certificate. He also stated on his web site that he was a British citizen at birth. That statement means he is not a “natural born” U.S.citizen which he or McCain must be in order to be sworn into the Office of President.
There are very many other unanswered questions concerning Obama’s past. Perhaps you might help us get the answers. The list below posted by another Freeper would be a good place to start. If you know were any of these items might be please share them so we will get answers to many questions. Thanks!
