Yes, but I believe it will happen after January, it only makes sense to wait and see what the response will be from Biden. (after Baraq comes running to him to help with a situation about a mile above his pay grade Biden and Emmanuel will be the real decision makers imho)

Not necessarily. They may do it sometimes but in most cases they are just speeches. I doubt that they activate their terrorist cells via speeches. They have other communications methods to do it.
