the Fiscal Conservatives stayed home while the Religious Right held their noses and votedYes, I held my nose and voted. I put the unborn first and let go of my extreme dislike of most everything else McCain stands for; I'm very glad I did that, but I was no less PO'd at him.

I understand completely. Palin made him more tolerable, not anywhere near acceptable. However, the alternative that we now face is unthinkable.
