When interviewed on CBS he said as a Weather Underground soldier he was fighting for the "right side".

He and his wife still travel to put a wreath on the grave of HO Chi Minh.

If that doesnt prove hes a communist sympathizer and anti America then what the hell does?

He called the cops when just a reporter wanted to talk to him. What a hypocrite!

More hypocritical was his demanding that the reporter, "Get off my private property."

Hell of a thing for a communist to say.

Oh, you don't believe Ayers is a communist? Read this, from Ayers' manifesto, "Prairie Fire:"

"We are a guerilla organization. We are communist men and women, underground in the United States for more than four years" and "We need a revolutionary communist party in order to lead the struggle, give coherence and direction to the fight, seize power and build the new society" and "Our intention is to disrupt the empire, to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks, to make it hard to carry out its bloody functioning against the people of the world, to join the world struggle, to attack from the inside."

And, this is why he became a c

Heck, to this day he calls himself a “small c communist.”

I guess that means he doesn’t have a CPUSA card in his wallet.

Yep...did you see the interview? Lauer let him rant about how he was fighting for what was right....except for the fact that he avoided the draft....

...then rooted for the Communist team and actually fought behind the lines for the commies by planting bombs here at home!!

He makes Hanoi Jane look childish dont you think?

I bet even Lauer and Couric signed off and tthen went ot the dressing room going "shit that dude is a nutbar!".

Yes, I know. I've understood that since college (see reply #15).

The professor to whom I refer had opinions of punishment similar to Ayers.(BTW, I minored in criminology and criminal justice and I majored in Sociology and was a probation officer for ten years). At any rate, though I was a conservative Republican at the time, I worked closely with and studied Liberals for four years, and well resisted their attempts at indoctrination. I was surrounded by them while working as a probation officer. I long ago understood how they think. Regardless, I would still characterize Ayer's opinion, and anyone who holds a similar opinion, as insane.

"Then after the crime spree they came up with a two-tiered approach.

Prisoners who spoke or acted against the state got tough sentences and the common criminals got ligher sentences and the opportunity to be the “trustees” of the Soviet prison system."

Yes, and they kicked successful people out of their jobs and gave them menial jos....so they'd know what it was like. And as we all know they took over businesses, large and small. And..oh yeah..they shot and jailed professors. : ) The list of crimes against humanity by the communists goes on and on, and is nothing less than horrific.
