The Alynsky thing works because of a sleeping silent majority. When the thugs come in the door and bother the politician and no one else stops by like the church ladies.. they think.. its ok to give in to the loud ones. But if the loud ones are those church ladies.. they know they are the very same people that make 90% of all of the elections work.. and then.. real fear sets in.
Church ladies.. unite and save our country!

talk radio is in serious trouble
“Obama needs only three votes from the five-member FCC to define localism in such a way that no radio station would dare air any syndicated conservative programming.
Localism is one of the rare issues on which Obama himself has been outspoken.
On September 20, 2007, Obama submitted a pro-localism written statement to an FCC hearing held at the Chicago headquarters of Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr.’s Operation Push.
Furthermore, the Obama transition team knows all about the potential of localism as a means of silencing conservative dissent. The head of the Obama transition team is John Podesta, President and CEO of the Center for American Progress.
In 2007, the Center for American Progress issued a report, The Structural Imbalance of Political Talk Radio. This report complained that there was too much conservative talk on the radio because of “the absence of localism in American radio markets” and urged the FCC to “[e]nsure greater local accountability over radio licensing”
“liberals” doing what they know best: silencing normal people who are right, but disagree with liberal madness.
If they pursue this for partisan purposes, they are going to regret it.
The syndicated talk radio hosts are far more entertainers than they are organizers. Local talk radio hosts can be far more effective at spurring people to action.
The Obama juggernaut isn’t so much about him as it about the “swing” Democratic Senators and Congressmen — recently elected from conservative-leaning jurisdictions. Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin simply aren’t going to be any good at keeping those Members from backing the most extreme proposals. Strong local conservative voices, by contrast, will be able to keep their feet to the fire. It will be dissent from “moderate” Democrats that will stop the Obama momentum far sooner than it will be people voting Republican again.
I think it was Savage who said three of the big wig talk show host already have a law suit against any silencing action.

And just as the Community Reinvestment act forced banks to subsidize ACORN, this stuff will force radio stations to subsidize “community groups” with free airtime and “local businesses” with reduced ad rates, to the benefit of the Dems.
.... and hopefully we can have Obama declared ineligible to serve as President. Have you seen this citizenship petition against Obama:

Attempting to go after Rush and get him off the AM airwaves will only send him to XM/Sirius/Internet and explode his popularity.
Good grief. I never thought I’d see the day when we’d need a Radio Free America.
Some say that talk radio will simply go to Sat Radio. Is that not governed by the FCC also?
Should “localism” prevail, it will simply mean that talk radio will move to satellite and Internet radio outlets and many AM stations will go bankrupt as no one will listen to “localism” correct drivel. I think Rush, Hannity, Laura Ingraham and other top talk radio should already be staking out overseas shortwave stations as well as powerful AM stations in Canada and Mexico in anticipation of the day when the only source of truthful reporting will come from beyond the Obama curtain.
Network TV stations do very little “local programming.” Maybe an hour a day of local news. It seems like they would all suffer greatly under this burden.
This sword will have two edges. NPR can be forced to be “local” as well as any other station.
Fifty or a hundred people writing letters and showing up at an FCC re-licensing hearing can have a big impact.

Please FReemail me if you would like to be added to the conservative DIGG ping list.

Those of us that have been paying attention know that Obama IS a well funded Chicago thug, and he will do what ever he needs to to silence dissent. It would be wise to assemble a strong conservative network, so if one is shut down, there are other avenues to continue the fight. Digg is one such network, as is Facebook...I'm sure there are many others...
Take ur ball and go home obama noone wants you to play..
