No, because there are ways to get a Hawaiian birth certificate without being born in Hawaii. Also, birth certificates can be amended, and generally are upon adoption. So, Barry's BC might show he was born in Kenya, but was adopted (By his stepfather). He might have even later been adopted by his grandparents, perhaps with a name change, and he could have had the name changed *back* to BHO later. Not saying that all of those happened, but all are possible.
