I honestly do not see this issue going anywhere. If Obama were suddenly declared a non-American, thus the election null and void, the Watts Riots would look like a Sunday school picnic compared to the total riot that would break out on the left and by Dimocrats. Then the issue would go to the Supreme Court. THEN it is how Kennedy votes that would decide. If he decided with the conservatives and Obama was kicked out on a 5-4 vote, the dims would come unglued and the riots would continue to burn. Obama would add fuel to the fire by declaring the white men in the Supremes denied the black man his rightful place.

You may very well be right, but I hope that at least the conservative five recognize that their duty is to the law and act accordingly. I hope also that Barack will be rapidly deported to Indonesia.
If riots break out all over, then at least the Federal Government is not yet in control of the Democrats. I believe ultimately this will come to a real fight and that conservatives are better off to have it now, rather then after two years of consolidated Democratic control over the nation.
The forces aligned would be basically this: blacks, single women, liberal white males, and old geezers vs conservative white males and married women. I can tell you which side I'd rather be on.

Obama would add fuel to the fire by declaring the white men in the Supremes denied the black man his rightful place. Except that one of those "white men" is actually black, and a "Real" American black at that, not a half Kenyan, culturally white dude.

You mentioned this issue not going anywhere. You also stated that the Riots would be huge.
So what!
This is a black or white issue. Right or wrong. No gray or fuzzy areas.
The law is the law. And upholding the Constitution is the right thing to do.
We should not and do not bend our rules for mobs and thugs.
This is one of the moments in time that all Americans should stand up to fight for what is right!

Just thought I would post this in public.
RetiredArmy, next time you decide to send me a private message telling me to (I will try to tone it down here)
“stick...something...something... up my a**!
Keep it to yourself.
You do not scare me.
Why don’t you put it out in the public forum so everyone can see your true colors.
I noticed you did not respond to me in a public post.
You just decided to tell me some really disgusting things in private.
If you have something to say to me, say it in public.
Unless you feel you have something to hide.
