Actually the Associated Press has NEVER covered the Viriginia Writ of Mandamus case AT ALL, EVER.
I got the story from various conservative blogs and websites and none of them listed AP as a source.
If you are claiming that it is an AP story then post a link to it with an AP copyright logo on it.
I originally found the story right here posted on Free Republic and then I wanted to corroborate that posting so I googled the case and found the same entry on ObamaCrimes’ web site and the Patriot Radio Network’s website and on the website linked below. It is also to be found on “Count Us Out” an anti-Obama blog which lists “all known Lawsuits regarding Obama citizenship, birth certificate: Eligibility to become US President. Do you see “Associated Press” mentioned anywhere?

So you think that Republicans are incapable of “thinking outside the box?” What a bizarre notion. Is that inability genetic or cultural?

I heard that the Viriginia Writ of Mandamus was a fake. A few attorney’s tried to look up that case and there was no docket. Do you know anything about that?

The first about the Virginia “case” appeared here last week and was based on an AP story. I stopped paying attention after reading it and taking the claim that the judge had made a ruling presumably after seeing documentation.

If you are interested look it up.

As to the inability of the GOP to think outside the box being genetic or cultural tests are still being conducted but I suspect the latter.
