Leo resubmitted emergency stay application to Justice Clarence Thomas by express mail at 0746am this morning for entry onto the docket... Leo states that his submission is to be conveyed in (forgot wording) the most expeditious manner... Leo has no way of knowing if this submission made it to Justice Thomas... Leo emphasizing his impartiality to the election victor... Leo states that he cares first and foremost for the preservation of the US Constitution...
