Earlier on this thread you posted comments about the military possibly having standing, at least that is what I understood from your comments. Wonder if I understood you correctly. The more I thought about it, I would think that members of the military would certainly have standing in a lawsuit. If it were to be found that their Commander in Chief was not constitutionally qualified to be President, he could not lawfully be their Commander in Chief and they could suffer great damage through his unlawful orders. Maybe I am off base here....no pun intended!
