Interesting point, I have asked many people I know what happens if he does not respond? No one seems to know.
The best comment I had was that:
“Its not a good idea not to respond to the Supreme Court.
But what will he respond with,he will never tell the truth,it would sink his leaky ship.

Exactly! Bet you don’t dare ever talk about “fishing for the truth in the SC of California and the US SC” because you would be off the air pronto!

I just want the truth one way or the other and I’m counting on at least Justice Thomas to make it happen.

If he doesn't respond, legally he admits to all the requests for admissions of Berg's suit. However, if the judge dismisses the suit for any reason, that won't matter. That's what happened in district court when Berg was denied standing.

So, obviously, it is dangerous not to respond. Most think Obama's lawyer was incompetent for failing to respond and filing a Motion for Dismissal instead. Had the judge acceded to hearing the case, Obama would have been in quite a pickle.

No one can tell you really what's going to happen, because the Supreme Court is unpredictable. IF there are five justices with common sense and faithfulness to the Constitution on this point, then they will accept the suit and Obama will finally have to produce all relevant documents, including his birth certificate.

That's a big IF.
