Few things are less effective than hastly concocted legal pleadings particularly when done as a shotgun approach and based on extremely suspect legal underpinnings. I have no idea how the SC will react to additional filings. They may say adding to a load of crap is not particularly to be encouraged.
I would think any case taken before it must be almost air-tight in its legal research and pleadings.
Thanks for those dates. We should remember that there were several federal District Courts rulings prior to that along with the extremely peculiar Florida SC ruling.

Because of what happened today. He found out that a Judge in lower court in NJ tried to keep his case from going to the SC of NJ and also the SC of US. He filed a suit against a lower NJ court Judge today. The actions of this lower court Judge was to alter Leo’s case motion in such a way that when the US SC called for lower court records, it would appear that Leo did not file things properly in NJ to begin with. Leo will be going public now!!!!!
I grasp what you are contending. There are conflicting contentions; namely from the US State Department Foreign Affairs Manual. I think the USSC sees the need, and the hour is at hand, for them to define some 232 years later, what the founders meant by natural born citizen. I think you see it in black and white. I don’t. Further, when the US State Department states it’s ambiguity in the reading of the matter, then I am inclined to defer to the potential of a USSC ruling.
The issue of allegiance is an interesting basis for citizenship. I can see some merit in this line of thinking. I do not believe that the founders made such a distinction clear, in regards to birth on foreign soil.
Do you have knowledge of citations saying otherwise?
In Bush vs Gore; there were multiple suits from post election, until the mid Dec. USSC rulings. In some respects we are seeing nearly the same thing happening, again; incessant filings. However, the difference this time is that almost all of the filings are completely under the radar.

My daughter is reading Of Mice and Men in her English class. Maybe I’ll borrow the book from her when she’s not reading it and read it again myself.
Reading it again would be a nice respite from our country’s mess, even if it was only for a few hours. I read almost everything my kids read, so I know exactly what they are being given to read in school. In this day and age you can’t be too careful. There are far too many liberal teachers these days.
I heard that the Hawaii hospital that Obama was born in was built 2 years after he was born (lol)...... A Kenyan Ambassador has proclaimed Obama’s birth place in Kenya as a national monument...... Tell the Democrats to explain that!
