Wonder if that's the footage that API said they had a few weeks ago. I lost track of that because they jst seemed so flaky like they were perpetuating myths & a hoax. Keyes is bringing his case to the CA Sec/State Debra Bowen, lib Dem of course. She may be bound by laws to hear it.

CA used to be Repub. but the libs took over in the '90s
