In this matter before the courts -- they have granted us almost no access. The iron curtain is falling down between us and what was our government. And by 'us' I mean all the disfavored.
Unfortunately that is very true! There is no equal access to the law and hasn’t been for awhile. The two cases in LA of OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson illustrated just how far the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction! Many simply don’t see it or use blinders!
Thanks. I also believe Donafrio’s case and Keyes case have more of a chance. Will say that Berg’s case has really helped to bring attention to the issue even if he is not sucessful in bringing forth the information from Obama. I give him credit for at least trying.
Keyes’ suit mentioned 17 other suits being brought to various courts at the state and federal level. So taking off Berg’s and Donafrio’s before the US SC, and Keyes suit, I wonder what States the other 14 suits are being heard.

What ever happened to those three copies of the Kenyan birth certificate? Didn’t Berg claim to have a copy? Why would he withhold this document?

IIRC He said 17 lawsuits in twelve states.....Lets see How many I can remember: New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, Washington, California, New York, Washington, FLorida, Hawaii, Pennsylvania....That’s ten.

Those 3 copies of a Kenyan b.c were yet another rumor that was spread. According to other sources Kenya has sealed all records pertaining to Jr. If he was actually born at the Coast General Hospital or some such name people should actually be examining records from pre-Kenyan independence which were moved to London when Kenya became independent in Dec,1963. If this makes no sense as I have typed it I apologise as my blood sugar is low presently. that’s what caused the shattered arm so I will post again when my sugar is a more normal level.

I had to get a BC for a passport a couple of yrs ago. Mine had far more information and was much different from the fraudulent one Zero’s operatives tried to pass off as legit.
You have not seen his BC and there is no information indicating that he ever had the state release one. Hence, you have no reason to “believe” that he was born in Hawaii.
If beliefs get into this rather than facts then we should believe first hand testimony from his relatives who seem to “believe” they saw him being born, in Kenya.

I didn’t recall Berg saying he had a copy. Surely if he did he would have used it in his suit. Maybe I missed him saying that, but just think if he did he would have already made it public.
