What I told the high-school Obama supporters a few weeks prior to the election: "I just want equal access to the law. You should be for that too. But it seems that Obama is not for that -- to me it seems that Obama wants some to get special favor in rulings, and others of non-politically favored groups to be placed at disadvantage before the Law."

But they, that group of eight, were of the group that thought they would be specially favored, and were set in their support for him. Still two took my side -- one for the sake of his making a smart-sounding public argument, the other because she was born in Africa and only here a few years. Of them all, she alone is likely to have understood what a great value it is to have "equal access to the law".

In this matter before the courts -- they have granted us almost no access. The iron curtain is falling down between us and what was our government. And by 'us' I mean all the disfavored.

Unfortunately that is very true! There is no equal access to the law and hasn’t been for awhile. The two cases in LA of OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson illustrated just how far the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction! Many simply don’t see it or use blinders!
