Thank him for me too.

We also have the issue of the publicly claimed COLB. What is it’s provenance? Is it a forgery, or a fake? Are there criminal violations?

I hope I'm saying this right.

A long time ago, when the WOT first began, after we took out Saddam Hussein, and learned of all the horrors the Iraqi people endured, I wondered about the people of Iraq. How they came to the point that they would not fight the tyranny

Saddam was ruthless and cruel, the people were held in check through the fear (and the army) that Hussein created - they trembled before it.

I know that there was never a democracy there, but I know there was not always such cruelty (or I think I know). Why did these people allow themselves to be subjugated, why could they, with their large numbers, not fight to the death for the future of their Country?

Did they deserve their servitude because they would not act/could not act/tired of always having to act?

And I wonder. Will some woman in another country, years from now, wonder, why the people of the USA could not act, would not act...

Did he get into Harvard as a Kenyan or American?

As far as I know, none of Mr. Obama's academic application information is available for any of the universities he attended; however, registration information is available for his admission to Fransiskus Assisi School in Jakarta:

Apparently, this document indicates that he is an Indonesian citizen.

“While it is undisputed that people born in the US are qualified to hold the office of President, and that naturalized US citizens are disqualified form holding that office, it is disputed whether people born to US-citizen parents outside the United states are natural-born citizens or not.”

“Almost from the inception of the Canal Zone, questions arose as to whether the Zone was considered part of the United States for constitutional purposes, or, in the phrase of the day, whether the Constitution followed the flag. On July 28, 1904, Controller of the Treasury Robert Tracewell stated, “While the general spirit and purpose of the Constitution is applicable to the zone, that domain is not a part of the United States within the full meaning of the Constitution and laws of the country.[4]

In 1953, Congress passed legislation to specify the status of Americans born in the Canal Zone—and to exclude non-Americans born there from citizenship. Title 8, Section 1403 of the United States Code[5] grants citizenship to those born in the Canal Zone with at least one parent who is a United States citizen. This differs from the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment which grants citizenship to all born in the United States, regardless of parental nationality.”

I do not remember when Keyes was handcuffed and escorted from a debate. A source? I would like to see that! If you have no source, can you provide some more details.

Do you seriously think there was no fraud and the election was won fair and square?

Sure, there was some voter fraud but c'mon, Obama won by nearly 8.5 million votes! It wasn't all fraudulent. We need to own up to the fact that we lost some important demographics this time around. This "It wasn't our fault! We wuz robbed!" mentality isn't going to win us any future elections. It is pathetic and deserving of scorn.

I never said Republicans “blew it”...nor did the millions who voted for Sarah.

Well, you haven't been here long enough to have seen the outrage on this forum as Republicans gradually compromised their principles and McCain became the heir apparent. And sure, Palin energized a lot of the base but by then it was too little, too late. We'd already lost white professionals. In the end with Palin trying to carry McCain to the finish line, it was obvious to everyone that the guy just didn't really want to be president.

We preach a lot about personal responsibility on this site. Some people here need to practice it and stop trying to pass off the blame.

"This article or section may contain original research or unverified claims."

The Constitution only distinguishes between "natural born" and "naturalized" citizenship. If you are a citizen you are one or the other. If you did not need to be naturalized you are natural born.

Plus, there is the possibility McCain could wind up in office, if the ruling comes after the EC votes have been cast, but before they have been counted.

Interesting conjecture. Given a choice between McCain and Joe Biden, would even the most slavish Democrat hack find it within himself to vote for "The Dumbest Man In The Senate"?

Upon reflection, I'm betting most would...

“Even Clinton was sensitive to public opinion.

“I was just talking with my wife about this. My problem with Obama is that I really don’t think he cares what anyone else thinks. We’re just the “great unwashed” anyway. Clinton could be counted on to always do what was (perceived) as being most popular. That had its uses. I don’t think Obama has any problem with us—ALL of us—screaming at the top of our lungs for him to stop. I guess we’ll find out.”

Of course Obama doesn’t give a crap about us. He will have no problem with an economic depression, unemployment, civil unrest, racial discord, etc.

That’s music to his big ears.

Putting Lipstick on the Community Organizing Pig
By Kyle-Anne Shiver
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/09/putting_lipstick_on_the_commun.html

In the immortal words of Obama’s political mentor, Saul Alinsky, an organizer’s job is to “rub raw the sores of discontent” and mount a socialist revolution......

The job of the organizer is nothing more than to prepare the people to accept the necessity of the thing they most fear, according to Alinsky.

And what did Alinsky say people feared most?

Change.

And precisely how did Alinsky teach his organizers to get people to yearn for the thing they most fear?

Alinsky taught the art of psychological manipulation.

Does he really think this will stick? PEO has done won
‘an historic election in American history’, do you think some little CA judge is going to let this one through?

More power to him though! I like Alan Keyes, too bad it wasn’t his time to be president years ago when he ran.

I have seen this issue mentioned before and I thought senate resolution #511 did eventually pass at the end of April 2008. Do you know for certain that it didn’t? If it didn’t then do you know how to go about verifying that?

Churches? Hmmm.

Well, did you know that being the member of a Church does not make anyone a Christian anymore than being in a garage makes one a car?
