That stupid vote by Arlin Sphincter was in the Senate. In the house committee Graham voted “no” with the democrats on one of the articles that never got to the floor for a vote.

Okay, I understand from your post above that you are talking about other charges brought forth in the house.Yes, there were several charges to choose from, I don't know what all they were now.

I thought you were talking no vote in the Senate.
