But have fun blaming others over circumstances you don't control. It was clear that Obama's decisive victory represented a rejection of the Bush administration and the Republican Party which has abandoned its principles. Voters simply decided to chose the real socialism over the wishy-washy socialism that McCain represented. You need to stop bitching and start working on rebuilding, because your bloviating isn't going to change the election results.
Sorry EEE it was not a decisive victory, unless you look through he same glasses as the left. Victory yes. Decisive no.
EEE: “Voters simply decided to chose the real socialism over the wishy-washy socialism that McCain represented.”
I’m not so sure that’s true. Many folks don’t seem to think Obama IS a socialist. He acted more conservative than McCain during the last six months of the election. There was the “spread the wealth” comment, but the press certainly downplayed it (and virtually everything else negative about the O).
Most folks do not lurk Free Republic or listen to conservative talk radio. Most folks get their news from the alphabet networks and local papers. That would explain why Obama successfully hoodwinked even many self-professed conservatives to vote for him.
If they truly knew what Obama portends for America, I’m convinced they would have never voted for him. Alas, it was not to be.
