On what basis can they throw 8 out?

It already went to court before the election and the anti-8 people were denied and the vote went ahead.

It can’t be called state unconstitutional again because 8 is an amendment to the constitution. The only thing left is claiming its unconstitutional under the federal constitution. If they do that then it goes immediately to the SCOTUS. If the SCOTUS finds that banning gay marriage is unconstitutional then all state bans across the country are thrown out.

This is going to be interesting.

Which makes it all the more interesting that the staties are pushing it through fast, as the SCOTUS still hasn't yet been 0bamafied.

This is what I think they are aiming for and why a amendment to the federal Constitution is needed.

After all O has to deliver what he promised.

Next churches will be forced to accept it.

I've been afraid of this for a while but some people think I was over reacting
