Nowhere in the 2nd Amendment is there a delineation of weapons type, excepting the "militia" clause, therefore one would think as a minimum, assault type rifles would be mandatory with all other individually operated firearms coming along close behind.
Nowhere in the 14th Amendment is the word abortion mentioned. As a matter of course Roe v Wade must be overturned to correct the mistake of a liberal and overreaching USSC on this point. As a result will all abortions become automatically banned? Of course not! Overturning Roe merely returns the question of abortion to each individual state, where it should be.
Where do we go next? We go with the new blood that adheres to time honored conservative principles. ALL conservative principles must be met or none apply. Palin, Kasich, Jindal to name a few. But there are many others.
