The Dems started this many years back with their giveaway programs, their “no drilling” policy, NAFTA and condoningand paying the bills of illegal immigrants. It sent billions of dollars out of the country., I’m not an isolationists...but the USA refuses to ask bums to work...preferring the “slight of hand” reparations programs.
It began during the Depression when people asked their gov't for a handout. At a time of crisis, some Americans rely on gov't. Today, we are in difficult times, but not yet in a crisis. It is a shame we look to our gov't for help.
Sadly, Pandora's box has been opened and the gov't had put in place many burdens on business in times of boom. But these burdens are causing crisis and mini-crisis.

Neither am I, although I get called a "globalist" by some for promoting international trade. We all suffer when trade is limited by artifical means. We all suffer even more when the free market is tampered with by the gov't.
