Rioting by blacks is no reason to disregard the Constitution. We are a nation of laws, not of men.

That means we enforce the laws for everyone.

If blacks can intimidate the majority of Americans into not enforcing the law, then, maybe we should encourage them to riot about the IRS Code!!!

Bad set-up. Justice Thomas gets to play the heavy against a Bro. I am absolutely sure he will uphold the law to the letter, but, once again, he gets all of the bad press. I think he's man enough to do it. But, I feel for him. Maybe that's why G-d put him on the Court.

Actually, he should demand to see the certificate in camera. If Obama is eligible to serve, dismiss the case and keep his lineage a secret. If not, take the case and preserve the Constitution.

The people in authority over us seem afraid to even ask the question much less rule to force Obama to produce a LEGAL birth certificate.
