I forget their official name but Alabama also has a civilian volunteer unpaid army like force that meets on a regular basis and does army like and field training that in case of a state wide emergency would back up our National Guard. I’ve been told that other states have the same like group.
Sounds like your talking about a State Militia. That’s not what Obama is talking about. He’s talking about a personal army...we may need our militia’s down the road.
