The last great “nobody” place is in the deep hills of WV, just south of the western end of MD.
It is SO beautiful there it will break your heart.
I suspect that the hills of West Virginia are similar to our Blue Ridge Mountains. In fact, it might be part of the Blue Ridge. We can make a day trip to Maggie Valley and parts of the Blue Ridge mountains of NC since they are so close. We’ll have to make a trip to WV someday if I can find somebody to take care of all these dogs. My farm is a lot like Townsend in the Smokies, if you’ve ever been there.
