Jim, thanks for this. It’s been a crap week and it’s always good to be reminded what we stand for.
(Although at times I wanted to "walk" when the place got kinda' overrun by RINO newbies who shot their mouths off like they ran the place, but never contributed a dime. I think they are more or less outta here, though).

I am pleased to be a FReeper in good standing.
We have finally managed to turn from the path of RINOs, neocons playing with toy soldiers and crony capitalists stealing a couple of trillion to bail out their friends who made some bad bets. While we may seem shaken, we have lost those whom we needed to be rid of. The light is shining, the path is clearly visible though steep. We are fit, and our darkest days of ignorance and self-deception are now behind us.

Some folks have been saying we need to “give ‘that one’ a chance before we oppose him or we’ll look like moonbats”.
No freaking way.
I stand utterly opposed to him even before he -takes- office.
Should I “be patient” and “make nice” and then show up on Judgement Day and say “But Lord! I’ve only *two* sixes tattooed on my hand...let me in!”?
[metaphorically speaking]
I will make no peace with nor ‘accept’ anything/anyone I consider to be pure evil.
Unless the Constitution means nothing, and every judge from the local courts all the way up to the US Supreme Court are total morons and want to turn their backs on everything this nation has stood for for over 200 years, I don't think that will happen.
And, of course, we won't go down without a fight.
