God Bless You! My check is in the mail. :)
Aye! Aye! Amen!
Thank YOU! FR is the last sane and conservative bastion left...we need you and FR more than ever. God Bless all who are here for JR’s said purpose.
I’m in...((;O)
Ping for me I liked it so much. I’m sure I will reference it many times in the future.
God love ya!!
I was really shocked at the results of the election, but then I thought, civilization, after civilization, 5000 years of history, and here I am, thinking about one day. God has a plan, and we are a part of it. In God We Trust.
True conservatives wouldn't do that. The moment McCain lost, his staffers threw Palin under the bus. Class act, huh?
McCain's 'bipartisan' political career reminds me of an old Japanese proverb: The tiger that chases two hares catches neither.
And here’s to you, Mr. Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
:) thank goodness for FR!
AMEN!!!
hear hear
No, they are not.
It is a philosophical difference. There are many of us that believe that income taxes are against the intents of our founders (especially without apportionment).
The goal of this country should have been to let each service be paid by “usage fees” for that service. For example if you pay 40 cents a gallon as road taxes and all of that money goes to building and maintaing roads, then you are truly paying for what you use. This way, someone who rides a horse is not subsidizing for the roads and someone who drives 4000 miles a month is paying more for those roads than someone who drives 100 miles a month.
There is a whole economic theory behind this and I wont annoy everyone on this board by trying to post it, but the fact remains is tha the XVI was the brainchild of the Socialist Labor Party and later the Democratic Party who in the late 1890s pushed for a graduated income tax.
That alone should tell you that this amendment was against everything our founders stood for
For now use Freepmail. Otherwise talk to John Robinson.
Amen and God bless you! Happy Veteran’s Day! Thank you for your service.
