I don’t take his tardiness as lazy per se. Instead, I see it as contempt for the American people, those who’ve scheduled their time to accommodate him, and total disrespect for the office of the presidency.

I believe I have seen psychological writings that characterize habitual lateness as a temper tantrum or a demand for attention. Check out profiles on narcissism. It describes him to a tee.

This is his track record. He is work averse. Look at the item that he pushed on his thin resumee - community organiser. According to his own words, he did not really accomplish much as a community organiser. He has occupied space for most of his political career. Others will do the work. If they succeed, he’ll take the credit. When they screw-up, he’ll put the blame squarely on their shoulders.
