Right, could have been a different copy, it was almost certainly a scan (not a higher res photo), and was always low res and hard to analyze. The poor photoshopping may have really been poor photoshopping forgery or cleanup or scanner artifacts, but it doesn't matter because they are not the relevant ones.
The Annenburg document is the one that counts here and that one is published with high res photos of embossing and the notary stamp. Those had to be created using tools that would produce witnesses. Where did the embossing tool and rubber stamp come from? If someone at obama HQ used the tools to create them, someone else had to give him those tools.
Obama’s sister has a Hawaiian Certificate of live Birth as well even though she wasn’t born in Hawaii.
The early forgeries were tests to see what would be detected and what they could get away with, as I have already stated there is still a major problem with the border that cannot be explained away no matter how detailed the Annenberg pictures are.
That screw up has be replicated in each of the successive forgeries and does not appear on any comparable Certificates of Live Birth from other sources and of the same vintage or edition of the revision of the document.
This means that Obama’s document is unique unto itself because of it’s misaligned border. Since that imperfection only appears in Obama’s various versins of his COLB and no one else’s it is our best proof that a flawed forgery was created, and refined to suit the needs of the discussion into the flaws of the forgery.
