There are previous threads concluding that it would be implausible for his mother to travel to Kenya to give birth and travel back all within a few weeks. Also there is ample evidence for a real birth certificate including eye witness testimony of the original and photographs of the certified copies that were sent out (photos are at factcheck).
There are still questions of the factcheck pictures where the embedded information shows the photos were taken in March/08 while the smears site and Kos site both posted the image on June 12/08. If the factcheck photos were taken first where are the folds on the images posted at kos and smears? Also the factcheck photos show just bits and pieces of the date stamp and seal they do not show the entire back of the document. Why? Did Jr make a phone call from the floor of the Senate to the Dept of Health in HI to request a copy o his C.O.L.B. because he was on the floor in the Senate on June 7/07 delivering a speech on immigration reform?
