The only relevant difference is that Annenberg image was a photograph of an original whereas the rest were scans or only electronic (never printed). The Annenberg image, however created, had to be printed, then embossed, then photographed. The person who photographed it would know where it came from and trusted that source.
That source would have to obtain a seal to perform the embossing and that is why the difference is important. To obtain and use a seal would be noticed by witnesses which so far have not appeared.
The folds, the embossed stamp, and the signature were all items that were not visible on the Original Kos Image that even Obama’s website used for a period of time.
There were also issue with distortions and white areas inside the curves and holes in various letters that should not have occurred in a laser printed copy but would have been created in a poorly photoshopped forgery.
Throughout this whole affair that have been a steady stream of subtle adjustments which have been documented by a number of people culminating in the Annenberg document which was released oddly enough after Obama’s first trip to Hawaii. The Annenberg forgery has never been examined by anyone else but the people from Annenberg and according to their analysis they did not have the expertise to determine if it was an original or not.
That fact often gets lost in the discussion, the people from Annenberg had no credentials to speak of in regards to spotting forgeries, they were volunteers with FactCheck.org that were sent to take a picture of the document at Obama’s Chicago headquarters not to determine if it was real or a forgery since they could not prove it was or it wasn’t....
