Your wording sounded like a confirmation of forgery to me. If I had a document that was forged on my own site and you agreed; I have no idea how you could be so sure that the same document on a 3rd party site would be legit.

It wasn't a confirmation of anything. One person says they forged something. Barry's site showed a low-res image that could have been forged from scratch or a different persons's COLB using photoshop.

The third party site has a completely different image since it was photographed (not scanned) and thus has shadows on the embossing so could not be a product of photoshop (except for the preprinted original). As I explained above, the annenberg document would have to be created, printed, embossed, folded, then photographed. It is not likely that an organization like that could keep the origin secret as opposed to the other low res site(s).

What was the origin of the COLB they obtained? Was the origin the campaign tried to pass a forgery that even Janice Okubo said was missing the necessary embossed seal and signature?
